rude receptionistbad eggs
The hotel claim its near the station, but thats a lie. Its more far than they said it was in the description. I paid extra for a superior room but it was hot, dark and nothing like the pictures. Alberto at reception was rude and said no other rooms was available, then a lady called later to say we could see other rooms. The air conditioning dont even work properly and the breakfast eggs are bad too.

i appreciated the newly renovated facilities and the overall style of the hotel. the breakfast was also enjoyable. the lounge area resembled a terrace and provided a nice space for relaxation. i really liked the bar. it was good.
the surrounding area of the hotel did not feel great. i felt a bit unsafe.

the location is convenient and close to a tram stop. a tram line is nearby; it is easy to reach the central station. great bars, restaurants, and patisseries are within a short walk, so we had many options
